Employer Nomination Scheme

Also known as the 186 visa or the ENS visa for short.
It allows skilled workers who are nominated by employers to work and live in Australia permanently.
Conditions for obtaining an ENS 186 visa:
Possess the necessary skills compatible with the job (a mandatory skills assessment will be held).
The applicant must be nominated by an Australian employer.
Possess at least 3 years of work experience.
The age of the applicant should not exceed 45 years (with some exemptions).

Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS) visa

It is known as the RSMS Subclass 187 visa 187, which aims to bring immigrants and skilled workers to work in Australian territories that lack Australian applicants, and allows them to live and work permanently there, and they are usually nominated by Australian employers.
Requirements for obtaining an RSMS 187 visa:
To be nominated by an Australian business chief to work in a job based in one of the Australian territories.
Possess at least three years of job experience.
To agree to work as an employee of the employer who nominated him in the Australian Territory for a period of no less than two years.

Skilled independent visa

It is a visa granted to workers who are invited to Australia, and skilled citizens of New Zealand, who can work and live in Australia directly under this visa.
Subclass 198 visa requirements: The applicant must be nominated by an Australian state or a government agency of an Australian territory.
The applicant is invited to send an Expression of Interest, or EOI for short.
The estimated age should not exceed 45 years. The applicant must meet the required number of points in the points test (65 points or more).

Skilled Nominated Visa

It allows skilled workers who are nominated by Australian employers to work and live in Australia as permanent residents.
Conditions for obtaining a visa for skilled workers candidates:
– That the applicant obtain an invitation to apply for this visa and send a letter of expression of interest.
– The age of the applicant should not exceed 45 years.
– To obtain at least 65 points in the Australian points system.

Temporary Skill Shortage Visa

It is known as a Subclass 482 visa.
This visa allows a suitable boss or agent to sponsor a skilled foreign employee if an Australian is not available to do the same.
Conditions for obtaining a Subclass 482 visa If the applicant is already in Australia, he must have another active visa that allows him to stay in Australia, or a temporary visa, which is usually granted to Australian residents temporarily pending a decision on their application for permanent immigration to Australia .
The applicant must be nominated by a sponsor or an official sponsor, to occupy a specific position for the long or short term, provided that this position is compatible with the list of jobs announced on the official website.
The applicant must commit to work in the job for which he was nominated for a period of at least two years.
